Delivery details

Please check your name, email and delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact contact@nagym.store as soon as possible and include your order number. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has begun processing or has been dispatched.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, contact us and we will help investigate.

International orders

Where international delivery is available, local import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
